Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the solarability.com website or engaging SolarAbility LLC for any services. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with SolarAbility LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms.
SolarAbility LLC provides solar installation, electrical services, solar panel cleaning, and related services across the state of Illinois. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or proposal that will outline the specific scope of work, pricing, and warranty terms applicable to your project.
All quotes and estimates provided by SolarAbility LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing is subject to site inspection, permit requirements, and any changes in material costs. SolarAbility LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ materially from those represented at the time of quote.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. Standard terms require a deposit upon signing and final payment upon completion. SolarAbility LLC reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances and to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
SolarAbility LLC will obtain all required permits as part of the installation process. The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property for inspections and for ensuring the property is in a condition suitable for installation. Additional costs arising from unforeseen site conditions may be passed to the customer with prior written notice.
SolarAbility LLC's liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. SolarAbility LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
The SolarAbility referral program offers a $100 cash reward for qualifying referrals that result in a completed residential solar installation. Rewards are paid after the referred customer's installation is complete and payment is received in full. SolarAbility LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
